Sheff on the Link between Luxury Good Knock-Offs and the First Amendment

In this post (here), Jeremy notes the tension between that body of law and First Amendment principles, which have become particularly salient with the Supreme Court’s consideration this term of United States v. Alvarez, the Stolen Valor Act case.
