Professor Jeremy Sheff‘s current work-in-progress, “Dilution at the Patent and Trademark Office”, has been selected as one of three papers to be included in the inaugural Intellectual Property Scholarship Symposium of the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section.  The Symposium will be held on the first day of the Section’s 29th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference, on April 2, 2014, in Washington DC.
