John Barrett
University’s Seminar on the Problem of Peace. The Seminar, founded by Phillip C. Jessup in 1945, is a trans-university forum concerned with peace, security, international organizations and dispute resolution. Professor Barrett spoke about the ICC and the problems of attempting to investigate and prosecute criminally, nationally and/or internationally, through the ICC or ad hoc, sitting heads of state.
