Professor Michael Perino‘s article, “Is the Price Right? An Empirical Study of Fee-setting in Securities Class Actions,” has been selected as one of the Best Corporate and Securities Articles of 2016. 
This list reflects the choices of academic teachers in this area from more than 490 articles. The results will be published in the upcoming issue of the Corporate Practice Commentator.
