Greenberg’s Article Accepted for Publication in the Negotiation Journal

Professor Elayne E. Greenberg and her co-author Professor Noam Ebner have had their article “Designing Binge-Worthy Courses: Pandemic Pleasures and Covid Consequences” accepted for publication in the Negotiation Journal. The Negotiation Journal is the peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary publication of Harvard’s Program on Negotiation.

This article draws from the neuroscience research on curiosity, motivation and binge-watching and suggests how dispute resolution professors can design their synchronous online courses to maintain more enthusiastic student engagement.

Professor Greenberg’s Ethical Compass Column, “Moving Your Mojo Online” highlights what arbitrators and mediators could consider when they transition their in-person persona to the online format. This column appears in the NYSBA New York Dispute Resolution Lawyer Summer 2020.
